Focused entry offer

One focused assignment. One useful next move.

The 72-Hour Office is for one piece of work that needs shape now: one problem, one boundary, one useful output, and one recommended next move.

Larger work is welcome. This page explains the focused way to begin.

01

One assignment

A focused piece of work, not a broad overhaul.

02

One boundary

Scope, materials, and output are clear before the clock starts.

03

One useful output

Finished enough to use.

04

One next move

A recommendation for what should happen after delivery.

What fits

Best when the next step is ready to take shape.

Decision

A choice needs a clear recommendation.

Message

A page, proposal, deck, or email needs to work harder.

Operation

A process, report, workflow, checklist, or plan needs form.

Material

A deck, report, plan, page, or proposal needs structure.

What you might receive

Examples of useful outputs.

The output depends on the work. These are examples, not a service menu. The rule stays the same: one focused assignment and one recommended next move.

Larger work

Larger work is welcome. It just needs a different boundary.

The 72-Hour Office is not for a full business overhaul, complete brand or website build, complex software project, broad team discovery, or regulated professional advice.

If the request is bigger, Phantom Office can narrow the first move, scope it as a Scoped Build, or point toward an ongoing Partner Relationship.

How it works

The boundary comes before the clock.

  1. Submit the request.Start with what exists now.
  2. Share the materials.Links, notes, files, examples, constraints.
  3. Confirm the boundary.Scope, materials, output, and limits are set.
  4. The clock starts.Only after scope, materials, and output are confirmed.
  5. Receive the output. One useful deliverable and a recommended next move.

After delivery

If there is more, it becomes the next path.

Sometimes one assignment is enough. Sometimes it reveals larger work. That path is named separately: another focused assignment, a Scoped Build, or an ongoing Partner Relationship.

You do not need to know which one it is before reaching out.
